Return conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order in accordance with French regulations.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

In accordance with the regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Right to retract :

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to return the items in writing to contact@pierrecourtial.com or to the address 2 rue de Sauval, 75001 Paris.

Returns must be made within 14 days of communication of your decision to withdraw.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

Return process:

Contact our customer service at contact@pierrecourtial.com to inform of your intention to return an item.

Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions, including the return address.

Pack items carefully in their original packaging or equivalent packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
